The problem
Sanctuary's bar was enterprise-grade: transitions needed to work across custodians, across applications, and across every partner firm operating model.
The biggest failure mode was simple. The same client data had to be retyped across multiple systems. That rework created delays, errors, and not-in-good-order paperwork that slowed the transition motion and degraded the experience for advisors and clients.Sanctuary's end state was clear: collect data once, use it everywhere.
Why Dispatch
Sanctuary evaluated nearly a dozen options. Most were rigid, custodian-biased, or required teams to contort their workflows to fit someone else's product.
“Dispatch is the connector of client data into all of our systems.”
Tim Smeal, Director of Operations
Dispatch works in the background to coordinate data across platforms, so teams stop re-entering information and move work forward faster. Dispatch also speaks the language of wealth operations, which removed the translation tax that usually slows implementation.
Compounding impact
- Documents get to clients sooner
- Funding can start sooner
- Assets arrive on platform sooner
What's Next
Sanctuary s end state is simple: advisors collect client data once and use it everywhere. As they evaluate new systems, open APIs and interoperability are now first-line questions. Dispatch continues to expand the connective layer across custodians and the broader advisor technology stack to make that operating model real.
The clock starts when the advisor signs. So should you.
Let’s talk transitions.
